Fred Crocker, graduate of St. Vincent College, was born in 1955 and is a life-long resident of Western Pennsylvania. Fred was part of the buyout team in 1991 when Westmoreland Plastics came into being.

Since 1977, Fred has been employed in the plastics industry, working with management in the two predecessor companies to Westmoreland Plastics. Along with his new duties as President and Chief Operating Officer of WPC (effective January 1, 2000), Fred continues to oversee the engineering department of Westmoreland Plastics and troubleshooting customers' design problems. He is also still closely involved in cost estimating and sales projects.

Fred has implemented many new and innovative techniques and problem solving systems both internally and for a wide range of our customers.
