Sales 2003 proved to be a record year for product sales as Westmoreland Plastics continued to gain additional thermoset business. Several new accounts helped to more than offset the loss of two long time customers, both ceasing operations during the course of 2003. Sales projections for 2004 indicate continued growth as Westmoreland continues its leadership role as a custom thermoset molder and also looks to add new thermoplastic injection business. Value-added projects such as complete or partial assemblies are being evaluated as well. |

| ISO-9000 On October 3, 2003, Westmoreland Plastics successfully completed the upgrade to the new ISO standard 9001:2000. WPC continues to invest in this most valuable management tool in order to maintain status as one of the top thermoset molders in the United States. |
